Royce Reynolds was raised in Whittier, California, where he began his performing career at the wee age of five, lip-syncing with the neighborhood kids to Boz Scaggs and K. C. and the Sunshine Band. Fast-forward to college where he took his first voice class and found his calling of singing and performing. In 1987, he met Mando in choir and The Alley Cats were born! Royce has also enjoyed performing additional gigs during his 25 years with The Alley Cats. Performances include: National tour of City of Angels, several guest appearances on General Hospital, T.V. movie of Cagney and Lacy, session singer for feature films, Bass in The Bill Elliott Swing Orchestra. Most importantly, he loves being husband to Diane, and father to daughter Madeline and son Royce Jr. "Scrim Bam Bah Boom Bam!"
Mando, singer, songwriter, actor, dancer, choreographer, ninja, pianist, guitarist, ipod specialist, tight rope walker, hockey coach, Dad, Grandpa and Jedi Knight, is a founding member of The Alley Cats and had the great idea of starting the group in 1987 while attending Fullerton College. He has been singing since his Kindergarten pajama choir in Norwalk, CA where he grew up. Some of his performing highlights include: Man of La Mancha, Disney Events and Parks, The Gong Show winner, COPS, Super Pig and The Big Guy and Rusty cartoon theme songs, and singing at the White House for President Clinton. Mando is married to Denia and they have six great kids-Sasha, Shelby, Nolan, Tyler, Jordan, Jamie, and grandkids Makynli and Carter.
John O'Campo first met The Alley Cats at Fullerton College in 1988 and began performing with them full-time in 1990 when baritone Todd Dixon mysteriously was awarded a scholarship to a school far away on the East Coast. John began his professional singing career at Disneyland in 1988 and continued to sing for Disney/Buena Vista productions for nearly 10 years. In 1995, as the swing music revival was heating up, John joined the Bill Elliott Swing orchestra's vocal group, the Lucky Stars as their top tenor and toured the country. Incidentally, it was at John's first swing dance class in 1997 that he met his wife, Michelle! In 2000 John earned a degree in History at CSU Fullerton just in case he needed to 'real job' like teaching. John has been married to Michelle for over 10 years. Their 6 year old son Miles, a great drummer, singer, pianist, and cutest kid in the world, is a huge fan of The Alley Cats - and Star Wars.
